I am a motivated, detail-oriented IT student pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity with hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and hardware repair. I quickly learn new technologies and have applied that aptitude to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency in fast-paced service environments.

I have practical experience across help-desk related tasks, account setup, and data-security–sensitive workflows, including maintaining compliance and handling confidential records without discrepancies. My background includes programming fundamentals in Python, Java, C++, C#, and HTML, combined with Microsoft Office proficiency and basic electrical/hardware repair skills.

I bring leadership experience from roles training peers, directing camp programs, and exceeding performance goals in retail enrollment and service settings. I am organized, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering reliable technical support while continuing to advance my cybersecurity education.
