I’m looking for a technical, field-based role focused on system setup, calibration, and support. I want a hands-on environment where I can troubleshoot confidently, follow structured processes, and keep delivering accurate, customer-first service.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing and hands-on experience across system setup, troubleshooting, and technical support. I’m skilled in working with hardware, software, and networked systems, with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in hands-on environments.

In my current role, I resolve high-volume customer issues related to missing items, substitutions, delays, and order discrepancies while maintaining a positive client experience. I accurately capture and document order details using handheld TC devices and internal systems, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and follow operational risk procedures to ensure order integrity. I also train and coach new hires on customer communication, accuracy standards, and system workflows.

Alongside my work, I build practical applications through technical and academic projects. I built backend routes using Flask, designed front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and developed a full-stack CRUD web application for inventory tracking. I also implemented authentication integration and assisted with secure access controls, and I simulated enterprise cloud environments using OpenStack, including IAM with role-based access controls (RBAC), network segmentation, and disaster recovery systems.
