I am an IT-savvy retail professional with hands-on experience in technical support, hardware installation, and customer-facing sales roles. I combine practical computer science training with real-world retail experience to solve problems and drive customer satisfaction.

At AT&T and Staples I routinely diagnosed device issues, educated customers on products and services, and recommended solutions that fit customer needs, while also handling POS transactions and inventory tasks. My internship at The Computer Cafe deepened my technical abilities through OS installations, remote monitoring setup, and hardware upgrades.

I bring strong technical skills—Python, SQL, Bash, Linux, Windows, networking, and desktop support—alongside communication, teamwork, and attention to detail developed in fast-paced retail environments. I’m comfortable performing software installs, troubleshooting, and supporting end users.
