What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time/part-time role where I can support customers through troubleshooting, networking, and operating systems—working reliably as a team player, learning quickly, and delivering efficient, correct task completion.

I’m an entry-level IT Support Desk Technician-in-progress, with an almost-completed Computer Science degree and a Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I bring an extroverted, team-player mindset, communicating clearly, learning quickly, and taking pride in finishing tasks efficiently and correctly.

I’ve supported customers through 2 years as an IT Support Desk Technician at Bens Tech Shop and strengthened my customer communication as an Appointment Setter at Octotasker. I’m dependable, punctual, and comfortable working under pressure while handling troubleshooting, operating systems, networking, and ticketing support.
