I would love to work for a company that encourages teamwork and team projects because I thrive in a team environment. A communication and public relations professional with a successful 14-year track of establishing positive customer experience and increased employee engagement. 5 years hands-on experience in enhancing work harmony and unity of action through effective coordination of employees at the headquarters and the branch offices.

My experience in operations and office management has made me detail-oriented and process-driven. I juggle and coordinate multiple suppliers, stakeholders and staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. I bring in outstanding technical writing skills. I use content management system, Joomla and WordPress for web content development.

I also use Google Analytics tools for website. I have spent the last three years learning and creating digital content writing for the marketing field.
