What I'm looking for

I seek senior R&D leadership roles where I can develop microbial-based products, scale operations, mentor teams, and drive sustainable, profitable agricultural solutions.

I am a PhD-trained soil scientist with 15 years of research experience in plant–microorganism–environment interactions, building multidisciplinary R&D programs and strategic partnerships across North & South America, Africa, and Europe. I have led development of commercial microbial inoculants, managed genomic sequencing and bioinformatics pipelines, and secured regulatory registrations (CFIA, USDA, ECOCERT) to move products from lab to market.

I combine scientific depth in microbial ecology, soil health restoration and climate-smart cropping with pragmatic project planning, budgeting and cross-functional leadership. I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses, supervised students, secured multiple grants, and consistently delivered outcomes that improve resource efficiency and long-term profitability in food production systems.
