At Dell Technologies I provided technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues while working with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and customer satisfaction.

During my R&D internship at HPE I automated existing systems with Python, optimizing performance and security, and participated in organizing the HPE SwarmlT-23 hackathon to facilitate collaboration between the company and my college.

My project work includes machine-learning models for predicting student stress, an automated secure-software-development framework integrating DevOps and cybersecurity aligned with NIST/SSDF, and a DBMS for admin-centric maintenance—demonstrating my interest in automation, security, and data-driven solutions.
