What I'm looking for
I am a jazz double bassist, composer, and experienced educator with a Master of Music in Jazz Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder. I have taught double bass, jazz improvisation, and jazz theory at university level since 2017 and led masterclasses and ensembles across Latin America and the U.S.
My career combines extensive performance—festivals in Cuba, Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.—with studio recordings as a performer, composer, and producer. I prioritize musical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and pedagogical excellence in both conservatory and university settings.
