I am an IT professional with a strong interest in technical support, system troubleshooting, and helping users resolve technology-related issues efficiently. My background includes hands-on experience with computer hardware, software installation, operating systems, and basic networking concepts. I am comfortable supporting users in resolving common technical problems, performing system maintenance, and following structured troubleshooting processes.
