I am a Registered Nurse with broad clinical and leadership experience across staff development, home health case management, and long-term care supervision. I develop and deliver orientation and targeted education programs, maintain accurate staff development records, and run CNA training to raise caregiving quality.
In clinical roles I carried out comprehensive assessments, initiated and revised plans of care, taught patients and families self-care and prevention strategies, and provided specialized skilled nursing services in home health settings.
