I’m a results-driven Operations and Project Management Leader with more than a decade of experience delivering measurable business impact across healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. At EyeMed Vision Care, I directed the Provider Audits & Investigations team, generating $3.3 million in recoveries in one year and leading the implementation of a new fraud management system in SAP CRM.
