I’m a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in a call center and remote environment. I manage complex customer issues, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional service—consistently earning high customer satisfaction ratings. I’m proficient in both English and Spanish, and I work effectively with CRM and helpdesk software.
In my role as a Roadside Assistance Technician, I dispatched roadside assistance and handled inbound phone calls. I investigated and solved customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, empathetic manner, ensuring the customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving problems on the spot.
I also bring hands-on technical and maintenance experience as a Maintenance Technician.
