I am a customer-focused support specialist with experience in technical troubleshooting, retail operations and warehouse packaging. I hold OS Mastery Certified training for cellular phones and consistently earned high statistical ratings in customer-facing roles.

At AT&T Mobility I resolved technical and billing issues, participated in pilot programs, and helped build team concepts to promote tool usage and sales. I have hands-on retail experience at Walmart and food-service experience at Subway, supporting customers across multiple departments.

More recently I worked in a distribution center packaging products and performing sustained physical warehouse work, including unloading pallets and operating a manual hand jack. As a self-employed helper I led design, planning and construction of an outdoor facility and completed indoor and outdoor renovation tasks.

I bring strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent organization, attention to detail and outstanding oral and written communication. I am dependable, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
