At NICE, I maintained a C# and Selenium framework for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing, and built Playwright automation in JavaScript and TypeScript. I also created a C# Playwright proof-of-concept framework with parallel execution and Chrome and Microsoft Edge support.
I played a key technical role in migrating 1,500+ test pipelines from a Windows-based Jenkins environment to a Linux-hosted platform. I converted PowerShell workflows into reusable Groovy Shared Libraries while preserving execution on Windows Server agents.
At Jalasoft, I designed and built Python and Behave automation frameworks for the ScienceLogic monitoring platform, including validation of device data and network technologies using SNMP. I also developed automated tests for a newly introduced GraphQL API.
For IDT’s Money Transfer platform, I contributed to web and Android automation and supported regression, integration, localization, and release validation. I developed mobile test cases using Appium and Android Studio across emulators and physical devices.
