At Nice CXOne, I build scalable Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks for customer experience platforms, integrating Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Xray, and MCP servers to improve test stability and accelerate feedback.

I've led API, data-validation, cross-browser, regression, integration, and Gatling performance testing across distributed services. I apply AI-assisted testing approaches including LLM and RAG testing, prompt regression, hallucination detection, prompt injection testing, intelligent test generation, and self-healing automation.

Previously at Nuevatel PCS de Bolivia, I developed enterprise web applications and internal operational tools while strengthening quality practices through early Selenium UI automation. I also supported critical systems, infrastructure, databases, and service continuity across Linux and Windows environments.
