At NICE CXOne, I tested enterprise applications across the software development lifecycle, from functional and API testing to defect validation. I also contributed to quality initiatives and CI/CD processes.

I designed, developed, and maintained automation for desktop and web applications using Playwright and Selenium, and integrated automated tests into Jenkins pipelines. I also supported load and stress testing for a call center application with Gatling.

Earlier, on Jalasoft client projects, I added and maintained automated API test cases and carried out UI, mobile, backend, and regression testing. I used Gatling for performance testing and contributed to reporting features in a Cucumber.js framework.
