What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, high-quality products through UI and API automation, CI/CD integration, and collaborative QA practices. I value opportunities to mentor teammates, work across development and product teams, and continue growing in modern automation and AI-assisted testing.

I've built UI and API automation for Assuresoft, Nice CXOne, and Jalasoft across human resources, enterprise contact center, and healthcare products. I use Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, and Rest-Assured to improve test coverage and release readiness.

At Nice CXOne, I owned a daily Jenkins pipeline, expanded C# automation utilities, and mapped automated and manual suites to user stories in Jira Xray for 100% requirement traceability. At Jalasoft, I delivered automation reports and release-risk metrics directly to client stakeholders while validating UI, APIs, performance, and ETL data pipelines.

I've also developed e-commerce sites and a triathlon results platform independently, managing requirements through deployment and support. I enjoy mentoring engineers, strengthening QA workflows, and applying AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development.
