At EXPERIS | MICROSOFT MAS EMEA, I troubleshoot customer issues across Azure HDInsight, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Synapse Analytics, including Apache Spark Pools. I work directly with customers to present, implement, and monitor solutions, and propose tools to prevent issues and improve performance.
Previously, at MC DIGITAL AND SONAE MC TEAM, I managed big data infrastructure using Terraform, supported ETL tools including IBM DataStage, maintained Linux servers with Ansible, and worked with Cloudera Hadoop environments. Earlier, I handled IT helpdesk support across server monitoring, access management, and digital channels.
