I seek a role providing technical Microsoft and cloud support where I can apply data analysis to improve partner outcomes, grow into leadership, and work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am an IT Support Specialist with over 10 years of experience in customer service, IT support, and sales, currently providing specialized support to Microsoft partners as a Microsoft Concierge.

I have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure services, managing incidents for Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint, administering endpoint security with Microsoft Defender and device management with Intune, and supporting licensing and transaction processes via Microsoft Partner Center.

I am pursuing a Master’s in Business Intelligence and Big Data and apply data analysis skills with Power BI, Excel and SQL to improve partner engagement, streamline onboarding and deliver actionable insights that support business process optimization.
