I’m an operations leader with over nine years’ experience owning business operations, planning cadence, and cross-functional execution in high-growth organisations. I translate complexity into execution through operating models, capacity plans, and governance frameworks.

As a founding team member at Fix Radio, I helped scale the business from launch to over £6 million in profitable annual revenue and a national team of 50+ staff. I owned end-to-end operating model design across sales, booking, delivery, and reporting, enabling scale without linear headcount growth.

I’m hands-on in decision support—building revenue and capacity models, leading deal-level decision making with commercial guardrails, and aligning Sales, Finance, and Delivery to turn complexity into clear choices.
