What I'm looking for
I’m an operations and data professional with 6 years’ experience across financial services and consulting, specialising in MI reporting, workforce planning, and operational process improvement. I’m confident combining data analysis with operational execution to strengthen performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
In senior operations roles, I’ve delivered executive-level MI and KPI reporting across utilisation, profitability, resource allocation, and operational performance. I’ve also supported month-end billing, improved reporting accuracy, and helped standardise operational processes.
I’ve led operational support for ERP transformation work, including Oracle NetSuite implementation. I coordinated workflow testing and data migration from legacy systems, ran cross-functional workshops for process improvements, and supported system adoption.
Before that, I analysed operational performance and resource planning data in customer operations environments, supported incident management and operational continuity planning, and delivered coaching and training to new and existing team members. After travelling over the past year, I’m now seeking a new opportunity to keep developing and make a meaningful impact.
