What I'm looking for

I want fully remote work where I can own strategy & operations end-to-end, automate repeatable systems, and apply AI tooling safely—bringing bid-finance rigor and KPI-driven execution to a scaling product.

I’m a founder and solo operator who blends strategy & operations with finance, data, and practical AI build skills. Before that, I spent two years in bid finance at Thales on £150M+ defence and aerospace bids—owning pricing, cost models, estimate challenge, risk reviews, and Board reporting across multiple concurrent deals.

In my current role building Forensix, I run product and delivery end-to-end: the AI pipeline, Stripe billing, support, pricing, SEO, and B2B partner outreach. I’ve shipped a two-jurisdiction UK and Spain, bilingual product, set up KPI-driven operating basics (including instrumented funnels and a measurable controls layer over AI), and keep it production-grade with 300+ automated tests.
