I am currently a third-year law student at UNISA, with over seven years of experience in customer relations. My journey has equipped me with exceptional administrative skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. I pride myself on my professionalism and my ability to collaborate within a team, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

In my current role as a Customer Services and Sales Agent at SPARK Schools, I manage various responsibilities, including assisting parents with their queries, enrolling new scholars, and providing vital information about the school. My experience at CellC as a Call Center Agent further honed my skills in resolving customer queries and achieving set targets, making me adept at handling high-pressure situations while maintaining a customer-first approach.
