What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, customer support, admissions, or CRM-focused role where I can handle customer enquiries, resolve cases, maintain accurate records, and deliver reliable telephone and email support.

I've supported parents at SPARK Schools through the full learner enrolment journey, from initial enquiries and applications to registration. I maintain accurate learner and parent records, review documentation, and keep prospective-learner pipelines moving.

At Care Call Retail and Distribution Services, I managed more than 90 inbound customer calls and closed over 20 support tickets daily. I investigated cases, logged and updated CRM records, resolved complaints, and provided telephone and email support.

I also assist customers with basic hardware and software troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when needed. My work combines clear communication, practical problem-solving, accurate data capturing, and reliable case management.

I'm currently completing a BCom in Internal Auditing at UNISA, building on my completed Higher Certificate in Economics and Management Science.
