I’m looking to lead learning strategy that scales onboarding and compliance through strong instructional design, LMS optimization, and learning analytics—partnering with stakeholders to improve performance outcomes in a culture that values continuous improvement.

I’m a Learning & Development Manager with 12 years of L&D leadership, driving enterprise and nonprofit learning strategy from needs assessment through scalable, measurable program delivery. I specialize in architecting curriculum using ADDIE, aligning cross-functional training to business performance, and evaluating outcomes with data-driven rigor.
