What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise learning and talent-development work that turns workforce and business needs into scalable, practical learning experiences with measurable workplace impact.

I've built enterprise learning experiences at Caleres, Centene, Kforce, and Aptara that turn complex business needs into practical performance solutions.

At Caleres, I led the full lifecycle of learning initiatives across business units and regions, partnering with C-suite leaders, HR, talent development, subject-matter experts, and people leaders. I designed experiential leadership journeys that combined facilitated learning, realistic scenarios, coaching, peer discussion, and on-the-job application.

At Centene, I developed more than 30 eLearning courses supporting 50,000+ employees across Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter, healthcare operations, and compliance. I've also led large-scale initiatives reaching 10,000+ employees and delivered 1,000+ hours of instructor-led training annually.

I use needs assessment, instructional design, facilitation, learning technology, data, feedback, and AI-enabled tools to create learning that sticks beyond the classroom. My work includes responsive eLearning, blended curricula, assessments, job aids, performance support, and evaluation designed to improve workplace application.
