I’m looking to partner with leadership in fast-moving, high-accountability environments to design scalable learning tied to business goals—building career frameworks, competency-based programs, and measurable behavioral impact through clear communication.

I’m a Strategic L&D professional with 10+ years designing career development frameworks, leadership programs, and scalable learning solutions that connect directly to business goals. I translate complex capability needs into practical tools, guides, and programs employees and managers actually use.

I’ve built real career infrastructure—establishing IDAP’s first formal Assignment Profile to define expectations by role, and initiating cross-site capability benchmarking to close training consistency gaps. I also design competency-based, scenario-driven learning (like a case management course) and lead redesign conversations—such as improving Hazard Communication training effectiveness through needs analysis.

I enjoy ambiguous, fast-moving environments where creative problem-solving and direct communication drive results. Across my roles, I’ve led working sessions with senior stakeholders, managed SuccessFactors LMS administration and compliance tracking, and used learner and business outcomes to prove impact, including a 55% increase in target behavior adoption and a 4.75-star learner satisfaction rating.
