I'm looking for a remote sales role where I can generate and qualify leads, run high-volume outreach, set appointments, and contribute to a disciplined, performance-focused sales pipeline.

I've managed the full outbound sales cycle as an Independent Property Wholesaler, from prospect research and lead generation through buyer coordination and purchase discussions.

I conduct 50–100 cold calls and send 100–150 personalized cold emails daily, building targeted prospect lists through Google research, county records, public databases, PropStream, and DealMachine. I qualify motivated homeowners, build relationships with real estate investors, and maintain organized follow-up campaigns across phone, email, and messaging.

I also coordinate remote property inspections, communicate findings between buyers and sellers, and match investment properties with buyers based on their criteria.
