I’m a customer-focused legal professional with extensive experience communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and complaints. I’m highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
As a Solicitor at Southwest Pacific Solicitors (Mar 2018–Present), I provide professional client support through phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, and deliver timely case updates. I schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain accurate client records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
