I seek a senior sales role where I can lead EMEA commercial strategy, grow revenue, mentor teams, and drive client-centric results.

I am a senior sales leader with extensive EMEA experience delivering consistent revenue growth and building high-performing teams. I have managed the full sales cycle and developed regional sales strategies that align commercial priorities with measurable targets.

I have a strong track record of exceeding targets—delivering £1.75M (FY23/24) and £1.91M (FY24/25) and achieving 103% of target in FY23/24—while winning new business and retaining key clients. I am experienced negotiating MSAs, NDAs, pricing and commercial terms for complex deals.

Previously I managed large event portfolios and operational teams at a major international hotel, executing 700+ events and overseeing event financials up to £250,000. I also built operational documentation and led onboarding and training to improve team performance and consistency.

I bring cross-functional collaboration experience with Operations and Consulting teams, fluency in Portuguese and English, and technical proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI and Microsoft/Google productivity suites. I am motivated by roles where I can grow revenue, mentor teams and improve client outcomes.
