What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead HR and administrative strategy, drive talent development, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational growth in a collaborative, learning-focused culture.

I am an HR and administration leader with 7+ years of experience across software and financial services, bringing a blended background from L&T, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank and BSSS IAS.

In my current role as Chief Administrative Officer & Head - Human Resource, I lead strategic HR planning, recruitment, compensation and compliance while managing administrative functions and budgets to ensure operational efficiency.

I have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, HRIS and workforce analytics, and I organize learning initiatives, employee appraisals and talent-management processes to drive engagement and productivity.

I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Leadership, am pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management, and have certifications in Advanced Excel, cloud application development and professional skills; I co-authored a chapter in a recent HR/entrepreneurship publication.
