What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a global remote HR role where I can run inclusive, data-driven people operations—own full-cycle talent and HR operations, strengthen DEI and compliance, and help leadership make better workforce decisions across borders.

I’m a results-driven HR leader with 7+ years of progressive experience across EdTech, Banking, and IT, specializing in full-cycle talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, DEI, and people analytics. I’ve built high-performance teams, implemented AI-driven HR process optimization, and managed end-to-end employee lifecycle for 400+ staff.

I’m especially proud of aligning people strategy with business outcomes—designing performance management systems, strengthening employee relations with empathy, and producing HR metrics (turnover, satisfaction, recruitment effectiveness) for senior leadership. I ensure labor-law compliance through HR audits, investigations, and policy updates, while continuously improving workforce insights and operational efficiency.
