At Barney Wagner Consulting, I partner with companies to design and facilitate leadership workshops and team sessions, and coach leaders one-on-one and in groups using the Leadership Circle Profile and CliftonStrengths. I also write Humans Developing, a newsletter about the skills school forgot to teach but life demands.
At The Trade Desk, I launched and scaled The Accelerator from pilot to a global program for 250+ executive leaders, built around simulations, live feedback, and coaching. The program earned an average NPS of 84, and I developed a three-part leadership framework adopted across the leadership portfolio.
I also designed four Lead Well manager-development courses and facilitator guides, and ran train-the-trainer sessions across three regions. Earlier at The Trade Desk, I developed OnBoard, a three-day onboarding summit for 1,000+ new hires, and launched company-wide CliftonStrengths workshops and team debriefs.
