What I'm looking for
I bring more than 20 years of full cycle talent management that positively impacts employees’ experiences—spanning Sourcing - Hiring - Onboarding – Engagement - Development – Alumni. I lead with a growth mindset, combining leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, and change management to help organizations perform and people thrive.
Most recently, I’ve served as a Managing Consultant, designing and developing executive learning programs and supporting pharmaceutical training aligned with workforce and economic development goals. I’ve also streamlined onboarding, used AI to develop performance expectations at each level, built transparent career path development, and documented IT processes for SAP HANA-related workflows.
In prior roles (including Associate Director and Director levels), I’ve analyzed employee engagement and DEI survey results for more than 500 employees, built instructional design training programs with up to 95% participation, and strengthened GMP/cGMP training through needs assessments, onboarding programs, and continuous improvement. My style is practical, data-informed, and compliance-aware—so learning translates into measurable workplace performance.
