At Wells Fargo, I directed enterprise customer remediation initiatives, overseeing issue resolution, change traceability, and data governance to improve payment accuracy and customer communications. I reported on regulatory obligations that included approximately $800M in customer payments.

I designed a JIRA-based change management system to track data requirement changes across 10+ business lines. I also created a peer review process that reviewed more than 200 sets of remediation variables, achieving a 98% passing rate.

In Data Management and Insights, I designed a prioritization process for 100+ projects and helped transform the organization into an enterprise program office. I also developed partnerships that gave eight partner organizations a single point of escalation, reducing escalation time by 25%.

In Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Servicing, I led implementation and support work across business and technology solutions. I oversaw the conversion of 200,000 loans from VendorScape to BKFS Loan Sphere and implemented two Loan Sphere products for Foreclosure and Bankruptcy.
