I’m a customer-focused Client Services Representative with over 10 years of experience handling inquiries, complaints, and product support across phones, emails, and chat. I bring excellent verbal and written communication, strong de-escalation skills, and a steady commitment to prompt, courteous, accurate support.

Since September 2013, I’ve served as a Client Services Representative Level 1 with Ameripath/Quest Diagnostics, managing client calls for supply orders, scheduling specimen pickups, and faxing reports. I also set up new accounts in multiple systems, provide access to online reporting, coordinate specimen issues with sales reps, handle callback requests for pathologists, and investigate missing packages with logistics.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Specimen Technician I and a Registration Specialist, where I processed specimens per lab procedure, entered and verified patient information, resolved discrepancies as a team player, and aliquoted specimens for molecular testing. I’ve built a broad foundation across histology, cytology, molecular, and other lab departments, including accessioning and billing entry—always with strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
