What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver a world-class client experience, strengthen client relationships, and support day-to-day service work—while using my organization skills for events, marketing coordination, and accurate documentation.

I’m a First Impression Specialist who builds relationships and delivers a “world class experience” to every client who comes into the office. In addition to greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment (including event and marketing support), I host dinner seminars and stay highly organized, managing four seminars a month.

After earning my FPQP designation, I joined the Client Service Team and work directly with a Financial Advisor. I assist with paperwork, scrub and submit documents to carriers, make phone calls to carriers and clients, and support weekly calls to keep clients updated on the status of ongoing work.
