What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused team where I can own recruiting and onboarding end-to-end, improve candidate experiences, and support operations with strong compliance and attention to detail—especially in roles that value inclusive, high-quality hiring.

I’m a detail-oriented Human Resources and Operations professional focused on full cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative management. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

In my current role as a Recruitment Coordinator, I manage candidate pipelines using multiple recruiting platforms and run a two-stage interview process with 50–75 phone screenings and 25–35 in-person interviews weekly. I represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events, coordinate pre-employment onboarding, and ensure compliance through accurate applicant data tracking.

I also drive a strong candidate and employee experience—facilitating onboarding and orientation preparation, preparing monthly onboarding materials, administering oral fluid and urine-based drug screenings, and distributing a monthly company newsletter. Previously, as an Office Manager, I coordinated scheduling and coverage for 80+ clients, supported HR functions through documentation and communications, and maintained HIPAA-compliant operations.

My background also includes Inside Sales and hands-on technical roles, which strengthen my organization, communication, and problem-solving. Whether collaborating with vendors for quotes and purchase orders or supporting training and development, I bring a people-first, operationally sound mindset to every team I support.
