What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations experience in a role focused on workforce retention, leadership support, and operational efficiency.

At Lennox International, I manage hourly hiring from requisitions and sourcing through screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. I partner with management on hiring needs while supporting employee relations, labor compliance, leadership training, and engagement.

I've built HR experience across Lennox International, Randstad, and America's Catch, including full-cycle recruiting, employee records, applicant support, grievances, background screenings, and turnover-reduction planning. I also bring manufacturing operations experience managing SAP downtime data, vendor coordination, maintenance programs, invoices, and parts.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with a 3.97 GPA and hold Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coach certificates. I use Kronos, iCIMS, SAP, Indeed, and social media to keep hiring and HR operations moving.
