What I'm looking for

I’m taking on select fractional and interim Program/Project Management engagements, stepping into complex or stalled initiatives to diagnose what’s actually happening rather than just report status.

At Crannock Inc., I founded a project management software company built around an automated RAID log that notifies stakeholders when a risk crosses a defined impact and probability threshold. I’m responsible for product direction, market validation, and early commercial strategy.

As a Fractional Project Manager, I take on select interim and fractional engagements, stepping into complex or stalled initiatives to diagnose what’s actually happening rather than just report status. Current and recent clients include ion8.

At ion8, I oversaw digital transformation projects focused on Zoho integrations and AI-assisted workflow design. I advised stakeholders on gaps in out-of-the-box tools and coordinated distributed teams working to improve data consistency for client reporting.

Across project management roles at Amdocs ClearBridge Mobile / Stellar Elements, Doxim, BizTech Enterprises, and other organizations, I delivered work spanning sports streaming platforms, wealth management, data projects, and digital products.
