I’m known for coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating communication between technical, operational, and client-facing stakeholders. I actively manage risk using RAID logs and risk/issue management, strengthen governance and regulatory compliance, and track performance metrics to identify process improvements. I also produce audit-ready, documentation-supported deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

In my current role, I lead and manage multiple concurrent technology projects, build and maintain project schedules and RAID logs, oversee budgets, and facilitate bi-weekly steering committee updates. Previously, I managed operational risk technology initiatives at Scotiabank, ensuring compliance-aligned project plans, executive reporting, and effective mitigation of risks to prevent delays. Earlier experience includes supporting technology delivery at CIBC (including SIT and UAT defect tracking) and gathering requirements at Topron by producing BRDs and functional specifications—always with a focus on timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
