I’m a highly organized administrative professional and patient service representative who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I bring a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when supporting patients and coordinating day-to-day operations.

In my current role as a Patient Service Representative, I manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and multi-line phone communications. I also maintain confidential records, update documentation, and verify insurance eligibility to ensure data accuracy within EPIC Hyperspace.

I’m comfortable communicating with insurance providers, resolving patient inquiries, and addressing co-pays while following HIPAA and clinic policy requirements. I’m quick to learn new systems and I consistently prioritize competing tasks without losing attention to detail.

Earlier experience includes independent delivery work and food service, where I strengthened my time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy delivering reliable support and clear communication that improves the overall client experience.
