I'm looking to bring 25+ years of full-cycle implementation experience to a SaaS company that needs someone who can own a deployment end-to-end, from requirements through go-live, and build the process frameworks that make the next one faster.

I'm an enterprise software implementation specialist with 25+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle deployments across complex, compliance-driven environments. My background spans requirements gathering, system configuration, QA testing, go-live execution, and post-implementation support, across both vendor and consulting sides of the table.

I've led 100+ implementations, trained 1,000+ end users across all role levels, and built QA protocols that became company-wide standards. I'm also a Salesforce administrator with hands-on experience in custom object development, workflow automation, and Salesforce-native project management tools. Known for surfacing the real operational requirements behind what clients say they need, and getting organizations across the finish line.
