What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help public safety agencies implement and optimize RMS/JMS/MFR systems—leading vendor evaluation, RFP input, and NIBRS-compliant acceptance testing while maintaining data integrity and delivering training that sticks.

I’m a public safety software veteran with 25+ years of hands-on experience managing, implementing, and evaluating IT solutions for law enforcement agencies. My work spans both vendor and consulting perspectives, with deep OSSI/SunGard/Superion/CentralSquare expertise across RMS, JMS, and Mobile Field Reporting (MFR).

I serve as a subject matter expert for agencies evaluating, procuring, and implementing public safety systems—translating operational needs into technical specifications, supporting RFP and vendor evaluation, and coordinating multi-agency data sharing. I also lead RMS acceptance testing and compliance validation against NIBRS reporting standards, strengthen data integrity through QA, and drive resolution with vendors when deficiencies appear.
