I am a Salesforce-certified Implementation Consultant with over eight years of IT consulting experience focused on SaaS and web applications. I specialize in Avalara's tax automation suite (AvaTax, CertCapture, Returns) and have implemented solutions for over 50 enterprise clients monthly.

At Avalara I served as the primary client contact during implementations, coordinated integrations with ERP/CRM/e-commerce systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, WooCommerce, Zoho Books and Salesforce, and received the Perfectionist Award for customer success eight times.
