I’m seeking a full-time remote role with travel in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, Customer Education, or Healthcare Technology. I enjoy partnering with customers to lead implementations, optimize workflows, deliver training, and drive user adoption while helping organizations achieve measurable outcomes.

For more than 15 years, I’ve partnered with healthcare organizations to implement complex technology solutions that improve clinical and operational workflows. My experience spans Professional Services, customer implementations, workflow consulting, technical training, and customer success across healthcare, government, education, and commercial organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to more than 5,500 technology implementations and helped train over 10,000 healthcare professionals. I enjoy translating complex technology into practical, user-friendly solutions that drive adoption and long-term customer success.

I’m passionate about building strong customer relationships, solving challenging implementation problems, and helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can partner with customers from discovery and implementation through go-live, training, and ongoing adoption.

Outside of work, I enjoy fiber arts, exploring how AI can improve productivity and learning, and spending time in the Colorado mountains with my family and my very spoiled backyard squirrels.
