I’m a Healthcare Implementation Consultant with 20 years of experience helping hospitals adopt healthcare technology. I’ve led more than 5,500 healthcare technology implementations and supported over 10,000 clinicians and healthcare end users through discovery, workflow design, training, go-live, and user adoption. My experience spans healthcare SaaS, patient flow, RTLS, staff safety, clinical communications, and enterprise healthcare technology. I enjoy partnering with clinicians, IT teams, and operational leaders to simplify complex implementations, solve problems in real time, and build trusted customer relationships.
