I’m looking for a role where I can own SaaS onboarding from discovery to go-live, lead readiness and training, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve adoption, satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

I’m an Implementation Specialist with 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end SaaS onboarding and implementation projects, from discovery through go-live. I manage up to 40 concurrent customer implementations while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-impact outcomes.

I lead onboarding kickoff discussions, product workshops, and readiness reviews to help customer teams achieve confident, day-one adoption. I configure and customize workflows and integrations to customer specifications, translating business needs into functional platform solutions while uncovering requirements and success criteria.

I consistently exceed KPIs, earning a 97% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score across 15 quarters and 89% on-time completion. I support data migration through validation and reconciliation, coordinating API configurations and flat-file import processes with the Data Services team.

I’m comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities with a detail-oriented approach. Using Salesforce CRM for documentation and milestone tracking, I help resolve implementation challenges, advocate for customer needs, and support long-term platform adoption through training and operational readiness.
