I'm looking to lead customer-focused leasing, property operations, sales, marketing, or administrative initiatives where I can improve systems, develop teams, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver strong occupancy, revenue, and customer outcomes.

At Knightstone Student Communities, I manage the leasing journey for 754 residential units, lead a six-person leasing team, and oversee daily leasing operations, agreements, marketing, and resident documentation.

I've leased 110% over maximum capacity and secured the full $9.2 million revenue portfolio ahead of prior leasing seasons for three consecutive years. I also create lead-generation campaigns across advertisements, telemarketing, events, follow-ups, in-house programs, and social media.

Previously, I coordinated leasing for 742 student housing units at Canadian Campus Communities, achieving 100% occupancy, retaining an average of 45% of renewal residents, and improving leasing systems and policies.
