I’m a Real Estate Sales Representative with experience supporting streamlined services for leasing units, appointment setting, and day-to-day administration. I also handle call flow professionally and drive full adoption of CRM to keep operations efficient and on target.

My approach is methodical: I manage public-facing outreach, perform market-specific evaluation, qualify potential leads, and complete general research, analysis, and testing. I bring a public relations background that supports consulting and strong client communication.

I’ve developed scripts and techniques to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining company objectives. I supported a marketing campaign with response of 33% from the target pool, and I’m detailed and quality-oriented in everything I do.

I’ve completed OREA Ontario Real Estate College (Brokers) and continued with Sheridan College Learn Well (2020). With my strong organization methods, problem solving skills, and comfort across multiple systems, I’m ready to keep tasks time-based, productive, and customer-focused.
