What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior property management role overseeing residential or mixed-use portfolios where I can lead teams, optimize operations, increase occupancy and revenue, and partner with collaborative ownership.

I am a highly accomplished property management professional with extensive experience overseeing residential and commercial portfolios across multiple Canadian markets.

I have managed portfolios of up to 600 units and supervised teams of 10–12 staff, consistently maintaining very low vacancy rates and improving leasing results, including a 10% leasing increase that contributed $4M in revenue.

I lead budgeting and financial reporting, vendor and contractor management, lease application processing, inspections, preventative maintenance and capital projects, and I am experienced with Yardi and MRI systems.

I am focused on driving operational efficiency, maximizing revenue and resident satisfaction, and partnering with owners to meet strategic objectives while mentoring teams to deliver consistent results.
