I am a dedicated hardworking person who is looking to expand their skills in Cybersecurity. I currently have 8+ years of technical/customer support, and found that I enjoy the more technical side of the role. I believe in always looking for growth and never settling as this can lead you to become stagnent and resentful to your job. I recently acquired my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity certification and am working toward a compTIA Security+ and Microsoft certification.
